November 13, 2011. Israeli pita for military maneuvers (see 1), on land formerly belonging to the Subḥiyeen village, of the ‛Azāzme tribe. Villagers in the area were expelled from their homes by the Israeli forces between 1949 and 1954, after Operation Yoʼav (see 7). Some of the Bedouin villagers were able to return in the aftermath of the expulsions, but were subsequently displaced and resettled elsewhere in Israel.
