This map of the northern Negev provides reference points which correspond to each of the 83 annotated images on the Sites page. Together the images form a grid of the former Palestinian territory, now part of the State of Israel. Each image marks a moment of time along a continuum as its contents are being continually transformed by current events. Each entry begins with the date the image was taken and the specific coordinates of the site, enabling the reader to study the history and transformation of the space using the timeline function of Google Earth.
